An independent institute

The home of Ihsan Beezer’s teaching and scholarship.

Reframe Institute exists for a single purpose: to examine the frames through which consequential choices are made, and to teach how those frames can be seen, questioned and rebuilt.

01

Teaching

Teaching at Reframe Institute begins from a simple observation: the most consequential choices in a life or an organization are rarely decided at the moment they appear to be. They are shaped earlier, by the frame through which the situation is seen.

The Institute’s teaching makes those frames visible, so that judgment becomes a deliberate act rather than an inherited one.

02

Scholarship

The Institute grows out of Ihsan Beezer’s Ph.D. research at Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University, which studies the hidden structures that shape how people interpret complex situations before judgment becomes strategy, action, or commitment.

Reframe Institute serves as the institutional home of this scholarship.

03

About

Reframe Institute is an independent institute founded by Ihsan Beezer, a doctoral candidate at Rutgers Business School, Rutgers University, whose work moves between scholarship and practice: writing, research, ventures and counsel on consequential choices.

The Institute is the academic side of that work, the place where the teaching and the research live under their own roof.
